Microsoft has proposed to Yahoo's Board Of Directors ,that Microsoft acquire all Yahoo shares for $31, which is currently estimated to be worth $44.6 billion. Yahoo shareholders would get either cash or Microsoft shares (0.9509 of shares per 1 Yahoo share), though the entire deal couldn't involve more than half payment overall in cash ($22.3 billion). Zimbabwe issues a $10 million currency bill
Zimbabwe’s problems continue to mount with a hyper inflation in their economy. To combat this, Zimbabwe’s central bank has issued a $10 million Zimbabwe bill, which is worth only $4 US.
According to a blogger, he said the bill is the same color, layout and design as the Z$20 bill he used to carry 15 months ago and it was worth US$0.025. Now it is worth five hundred millionths of a cent.
And also the currency has an expiration date as shown below in the previous Z$20 bill.
And this is how much currency a Zimbabwe resident needs to buy one beer:

Biggest lion
The 10ft lion who's still growing...
He looks like something from a prehistoric age or a fantastic creation from hollywood. But Hercules is very much living flesh and blood - as he proves every time he opens his gigantic mouth to roar. Part lion, part tiger, he is not just a big cat but a huge one, standing 10ft tall on his back legs. Called a liger, in reference to his crossbreed parentage, he is the largest of all the cat species.
On a typical day he will devour 20lb of meat, usually beef or chicken, and is capable of eating 100lb at a single setting. At just three years old, hercules already weighs half a ton.

Look at the size of its head

Nature made marvels in the crop fields!
A crop "circle" is a geometric pattern, often very intricate and complex , appearing in fields, usually wheat fields and usually in England.
Some believe that the crop designs are messages from alien spacecraft. Some maintain that the aliens are trying to communicate with us using ancient Sumerian symbols or symbolic representations of alien DNA.

'EKLAVYA' loses oscar chance
Vidhu Vinod Chopra's 'Eklavya - The Royal Guard', India's entry to the Oscars, has failed to make it to the nine top movies in contention for the prestigious award in foreign-language film category. The movie, starring three top stars including the Big B, Saif Ali Khan and the new emerging Vidya Balan, was among 63 entries from various countries but could not make it to the first shortlist. The movie, which also stars Saif Ali Khan, Sharmila Tagore, Sanjay Dutt, Vidya Balan and Jackie Shroff, marked Vidhu's Chopra's return to directing after seven years. In the running for the five final nominations are Austria's 'The Counterfeiters', Canada's 'Days of Darkness', Israel's 'Beaufort', Italy's 'The Unknown Woman', Kazakhstan's 'Mongol', Poland's 'Katyn', Russia's '12', Brazil's 'The Year My Parents Went on Vacation' and Serbia's 'The Trap'.
This is to recall that Chopra's 'Eklavya had created a controversy back home in September last year when it was chosen as India's official entry for the prestigious award in the Best Foreign Film category. Many celebrities from Bollywood had openly expressed their disappointment at the film's selection by the Film Federation of India(FFI)

worlds cheapest car:Pride and joy
After weeks of anticipation and a morning of wall-to-wall build-up on local television networks, which covered the event live, India's "people's car" rolled on stage to the epic strains of Richard Strauss's Also Sprach Zarathustra, with Ratan Tata, the chairman of Tata Motors, at the wheel.
You could almost hear the cheer going up across India - and you couldn't hear yourself think in the auditorium - as waiting journalists, members of the public and the minister of commerce, Kamal Nath, broke into spontaneous and euphoric applause.
Tata (below), suave and 70, appeared to have a lump in his throat as he announced the realisation of a dream that has taken more than four years and 500 engineers to bring to reality.
This was more than just the launch of a car, he said: it was the jumping-off point for an ideal that its designers hope will revolutionise the lives of millions of Indians, most of whom live in rural areas many miles from the nearest bus stop.
