CSAT 2011

This is the post about CSAT 2011. Well, If you are an IAS aspire, you might have heard this. Yes, UPSC going to change the format from next year. Prime minister Manmohan Singh approved the bill. So, the new pattern will be applicable from next year onwards. Due to this pattern, everyone will get common paper. So, hereafter there is no scaling method and other normalization stuffs.
